Do I need to have a Property Management System to get started?

Yes. Lasoh works in conjunction with your Property Management System (PMS) to ensure that relevant information for guests is shared with al guests, not just the person who booked the stay. Lasoh can’t be used without a PMS.

Can I personalize the Lasoh experience to reflect my brand and business?

Yes. The digital concierge experience can be personalized to reflect your brand and personalized information. The look and feel are reflected through customizable settings for the logo, brand colors, font type and more. All elements of the experience are also personalized to your property, such as the address, door code, guidebook and curated recommendations.
