This Privacy Notice together with our Terms of Service (“Terms”) (collectively, the “Agreement”) contain the binding terms and conditions between you and Lasoh, Inc. (“Company,” “our,’ “us” or “we”), applicable to your use and access of our website, located at www.lasoh.io (the “Site”), and our vacation rental services (collectively “Services”).

We respect your concerns about privacy and value our relationship with you. This Privacy Notice is intended to inform you of the types of information we collect, as well as our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of that information through the web pages, tracking devices, interactive features, mobile applications, blogs and their respective contents.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to have our permission to use our Services and you must be over the age of 18 to make any purchases via our Site or otherwise have expressed permission with the payment card/system holder that you have their authority to make purchases via their payment card/system. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information about visitors under the age of 13. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe we may have personal information regarding that child, please contact us at the address or phone number noted below so that we may delete that information from our systems.

Information Collected Through Our Services

We may collect and use the following personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household:

How We Collect Information About You

We may collect information about you when you register on the Site, request information, submit comments or participate in some promotion, survey or other feature of the Site, or otherwise communicate or interact with us.

Cookies

Depending on how you use our Services, we may store cookies on your computer in order to collect certain aggregate data about you and to customize certain aspects of your specific user experience. A cookie is a small data text file which is stored on your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Cookies may also include more personalized information, such as your IP address, browser type, the server your computer is logged onto, the area code and zip code associated with your server, and your first name to welcome you back to our Services. Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from us, that website will forward to us your email address and other information about you so that we may contact you as requested. You may also choose to participate in a third party application or feature (such as one of our Facebook or Twitter/X applications or a similar application or feature on a third party website) through which you allow us to collect and share (or the third party to collect and share) information about you, including personal information. In addition, we may receive information about you if other users of a third party web site give us access to their profiles and you are one of their “connections” or information about you is otherwise accessible through your “connections” web page, profile page or similar page on a social networking or other third party website or interactive service.

We may also supplement the information we collect about you through the Services with other information from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you, to tailor our content to you and to offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. Using multiple data sources, we derive your airline, tail number, origin, destination and flight number of the flight when you access the Services. We may combine the information we receive from these third parties with information we collect through the Services. In those cases, we will apply this Privacy Notice to any personal information received, unless we have disclosed otherwise.

We may match the information we receive about you from third parties with the information we collect from you ourselves in order to enhance your experience with the Services and to select which of our advertisements or offers are most likely to appeal to you and display them while you are using the Services.
We may use automated devices and applications, or other analytic means, to monitor and evaluate usage of our Website. This may include but not be limited to third party service providers such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to collect, monitor and analyze access and usage of our Services. We use these tools to help us improve our Services, performance and user experience. We may combine this information with other information we collect from your and/or our users.

(a) Google Analytics: You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Services available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. (b) Facebook Pixel: Our Website uses Facebook Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”). Meta Pixel is used to understand and deliver ads and make them more relevant to you. The collected data remains anonymous and we cannot see the personal data of any individual user, but the collected data is saved and processed by Meta. Meta may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Notice.

Do Not Track

“Do Not Track” is a preference you can set in your web browser or on certain devices to inform Internet sites that you do not want to be tracked online. At this time, we do not support the Do Not Track signals set by your browser or device because there is not currently an industry or legal standard for Do Not Track signals.

How We Use the Information Collected

We use the information we collect about you for the following reasons:

• Provide the Services to you.
• Respond to requests that you make.
• Manage our network,
• Improve the Services, and better tailor content, advertisements, offers and the features, performance and support of the Services. This includes improving our communications with you. Emails sent to you by us may include standard tracking, including open and click activities. We may collect information about your activity as you interact with our email messages and related content.
• Where permitted by applicable law, to advise you through email, in the ordinary course of business about other products or services similar to the products or services we have provided to you and that we think will be of interest to you.
• For security purposes, including for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, i.e., to protect us and third parties against security breaches; to minimize fraud or criminal activity that could be damaging for us and for you; and to prevent unauthorized access and modifications to systems, or violation of our applicable agreements or business policies. • To conduct statistical analysis to help us manage our business, e.g., in relation to our financial performance, customer base, product range, or other efficiency measures.
• To update and enhance our customer records.
• To offer and administer our Services to you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

• To ensure safe working practices, staff administrations and to conduct assessments related to same.
• To ensure the confidentiality of commercially sensitive information.

• For purposes disclosed at the time you provide your personal information or otherwise with your consent.

We may send your personal information to the Vacation Rental Management Company in order for them to send you newsletters or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe through a link in the email at any time. By accessing the Lasoh services, you consent to receive marketing messages from the relevant Vacation Rental Management Company.

When you provide us information for these “refer a friend” messages, we use the information only to send the message you request and the information will not be used for other marketing purposes unless your friend consents. You may be identified to the friend in connection with such a message. Please check that friends you refer to us are happy for us to contact them.

Information We Share

We will not share, sell, rent or distribute any of the information we collect about you except as described in this Privacy Notice. We may disclose aggregated information about you, and our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may share or disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide as described in this Privacy Notice with the Vacation Rental Management Company through which the Services are available.

We may also share your information as disclosed at the time you provide your information, as set forth in this Privacy Notice to the following partners and in the following circumstances:

• Advertising Partners. Notwithstanding any other provision, we partner with third parties that collect information across various channels, including offline and online, for purposes of delivering more relevant advertising to you. Our partners may place or recognize a cookie on your computer, device, or directly in our emails/communications, and we may share personal information with them if you have submitted such information to us, such as your name, postal address, email address, or device ID. Our partners may link the non-personal information we share with them to the cookie stored on your browser or device, and they may collect information such as your IP address, browser or operating system type and version, and demographic or inferred-interest information. Our partners use this information to recognize you across different channels and platforms over time for advertising, analytics, attribution, and reporting purposes. For example, our partners may deliver an ad to you in your web browser based on a purchase you made in a physical retail store, or they may send a personalized marketing email to you based on the fact that you visited a particular website. The Publisher may enable third parties to collect user data directly from email/communications opens sent by the company using cookies, web beacons or similar technologies. • Vacation Rental Management Companies. In order to provide the Services efficiently, carry out your requests, and provide you with offers and advertisements tailored to your interests, we may also disclose personal information, such as your email address, Device Identifier, phone number and Usage Information to the Vacation Rental Management Company you accessed the Service through. By using the service, you are also opting in to receive marketing messages from the applicable Vacation Rental Management Company.
• Third Parties Providing Services On Our Behalf. In order to provide the Services, carry out your requests, make various features, services and materials available to you through the Services and respond to your inquiries, we may share your personal information or Usage Information with third parties that perform functions on our behalf, such as (a) companies or individuals that: host or operate our Site; analyze data; provide customer service; or manage payments; (b) advertisers; and (c) sponsors or other third parties that participate in or administer our promotions or provide marketing or promotional assistance. In such cases, such third parties are not entitled to use this information for any other purpose.
  While using the Services, you may have the opportunity to opt-in to receive information and/or marketing offers from someone else or to otherwise consent to the sharing of your information with a third party, including companies who advertise their services via the Service. If you agree to have your personal information shared, your personal information will be disclosed to the third party and the personal information you disclose will be subject to the Privacy Notice and business practices of that third party.
• Business Transfers. If our company or our assets related to this Privacy Notice are acquired by another company, your personal information, and any other information that we have collected about the users of the Services, may be disclosed to that company as part of the due diligence process and will be transferred to that company as one of the transferred assets. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use information you have provided through the Site in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information may be considered an asset of ours and as such may be sold or transferred to third parties.
• Law Enforcement Compliance. We may be required by law, or by law enforcement officers acting under the color of law, to record some or all of your communications on or through the Services. We may, and you hereby authorize us to, disclose your personal information (including your account information, if applicable) and other information including your communications through the Services, if required by applicable law or by law enforcement officers acting under the color of applicable law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us; or (b) protect or defend the rights, property, or safety of Lasoh, you, other users, or third parties (especially in emergency situations).
• Governmental Authorities. Some governmental authorities may require that we share your personal information with them. We may, and you hereby authorize us to, disclose your personal information to applicable governmental authorities to the extent required by applicable law.
• Professional Advisors. We may need to share the personal information we collect about you with our professional advisors, such as our lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, bankers, and insurers if it is necessary for them to provide their professional services.

Consent to Processing and Transfer of Information

By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice and you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information according to this Privacy Notice.

If you are a User who resides outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, or providing us with any information, you consent to the collection, processing, maintenance and transfer of such information in and to the United States and other applicable countries in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as or equivalent to, those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen.

Users who reside outside of the United States should note that their information will be held and processed in the United States. In certain circumstances, foreign courts, law enforcement agencies or regulatory agencies may be entitled to access your personal information without notice to you. By accepting this Privacy Notice, whether by establishing an Account (as defined below), signing-in to your Account, accessing the Services as a guest, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.

Your Access and Choices

We offer you choices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. When you receive promotional communications from us or a partner, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further promotional communications from us or a partner and you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the promotional email you receive.

Regardless of your indicated email preferences, we or the relevant Vacation Rental Management Company may send you administrative emails regarding the Services, including, for example, purchase confirmation, account creation confirmation, and notices of updates to our Terms of Service or Privacy Notice.
If you wish to withdraw or modify your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of the personal information provided to us, we reserve the right to terminate your Account or your continued use of the Services if the withdrawal or modification of your consent would or could adversely affect our operations or the Services.

Advertising; How to Opt-out

Lasoh licenses technology to Vacation Rental Management Companies. In addition, Lasoh or its partners may use third party analytics vendors to evaluate and provide us with information about the use of the Services and viewing of our content. We and our network advertisers may target advertisements for products and services in which you might be interested based on your use of the Services, visits to the Sites and other websites. We may use a variety of companies to serve advertisements.

If you prefer to not receive targeted advertising, you may opt-in through the link in any marketing message you receive from us or a partner.

Links to Other Sites

Our provision of links to other websites or locations is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such other websites or location or its contents. We have no control over, do not review and cannot be responsible for these outside websites or their content. These other websites may send their own Cookies to your Device, may independently collect data or solicit personal information and may or may not have their own privacy policies. Please be aware that the terms of our Privacy Notice do not apply to these outside websites. You should independently assess the authenticity of any website which appears to be or claims that it is one of ours (including those linked to through an email or social networking page).

Children

We do not intentionally gather personal information about Users who are under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records. If you believe that we have collected Personal Information about an individual under the age to 13, please notify us through the contact information provided directly below.

Your Privacy Rights

UK/EU/EEA Data Subject Data Protection Rights Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, European Union, or European Economic Area (EEA), you may have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personally identifying information.

If you wish to be informed about what personally identifying information we hold about you, have a copy of it, correct or otherwise rectify it, and/or if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us using the contact information set out below.
In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:

• Request access to your personally identifying information (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personally identifying information we hold about you where we are the data controller and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
• Request correction of the personally identifying information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new information you provide to us.
• Request erasure of your personally identifying information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personally identifying information where there is no good reason for us to continue to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personally identifying information where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personally identifying information to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request for erasure for specific legal reasons, which will be explained to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
• Object to processing of your personally identifying information where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground, as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personally identifying information for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information, which overrides your rights and freedoms.
• Request that we restrict the processing of your personally identifying information. This enables you to ask us to temporarily stop the processing of your personally identifying information in the following scenarios: (a) if you have concerns about the accuracy of your information and want to have it rectified; (b) where you believe our use of your information may be unlawful but you do not want us to erase it; (c) where you need us to hold the information for the purposes of defending or exercising your rights with respect to a legal claim even though we may no longer need it; or (d) you have objected to our use of your information but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to keep it.
• Request the transfer of your personally identifying information to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your personally identifying information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.
• Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your personally identifying information. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.

To submit a request, please email us at support@lasoh.io. In order to process with your request, we may need to request additional information from you. Failure to provide information sufficient to allow us to verify your identity may result in us denying your request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, or believe we are processing your personal information in violation of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (also known as Data Protection Authority) in your EEA country.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personally identifying information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in such circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personally identifying information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure designed to ensure that personally identifying information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

For users in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, any changes or modifications will be effective upon your express consent as you will be notified of any changes by virtue of a pop-up, banner, or other notification mechanism when you seek to access the Site or Services after we issue a change or modification. Upon consent, the revisions on the Site or Services shall apply to all use of the Site or Services and all acts or omissions occurring after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy.

Residents of Canada

This Section provides additional information regarding the use of Personal Information about Canadian residents and the process to be followed in order to send unsolicited electronic communications to them, and our responsibilities under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

For the purposes of this section:

• Commercial activity: Any transaction of commercial character, regardless of whether there is an expectation of profit or not.
• Commercial electronic message (“CEM”): CEMs are commercial electronic messages that encourage participation in commercial activity. Even if a commercial message is not sent with an expectation of garnering profit, it still qualifies as a CEM.
• Electronic address: An address used in connection with the transmission of an electronic message to an electronic mail account, and instant messaging account, a telephone account or similar account.
• Electronic message: A message sent by any means of telecommunication, including text, sound, voice or image.
• Express consent: Permission obtained when a recipient “opts in” to receive CEMs. Consent can be oral or written and could be an unedited audio recording, paper or electronic checkbox on a website. Express consent never expires unless the recipient chooses to unsubscribe. We will maintain records of all contacts for whom express consent exists.
• Unsubscribe: A withdrawal of consent to receive CEMs.

By submitting forms to us that provide your electronic address, you are granting us express consent to send you CEMs. You may unsubscribe via the link found at the bottom of every electronic email message.

All partners, employees, contractors, vendors and any other person sending CEMs on behalf of us will ensure that all such CEMs contain:

• Full contact information. This includes the sender’s first name, last name, title, company name, company mailing address, direct telephone number, electronic address and company web address.
• Information enabling you to contact us and, if the CEM is sent on behalf of another party, the name of this party and the sender, in addition to the information listed above.
• An unsubscribe link that is clearly visible and that is valid for at least 60 days. The unsubscribe mechanism that will be provided to users via this link will be simple, quick and easy for the user to perform.

Unsubscribe Requests: All unsubscribe requests will be managed within 10 days of receipt. Partners, employees, contractors, vendors and any other person sending CEMs on behalf of us will not send an unsubscribed party any further communications by electronic means.

When we plan to introduce significant changes to its privacy practices, we will notify Canadian-resident users and obtain their consent prior to the changes coming into effect. Significant changes include using Personal Information for a new purpose not anticipated originally or a new disclosure of Personal Information to a third party for a purpose other than processing that is integral to the delivery of a service. This Section provides additional information regarding the use of Personal Information about Canadian residents and the process to be followed in order to send unsolicited electronic communications to them, and our responsibilities under CASL.

Residents of California, Nevada, and Utah

We do not disclose a user’s Personal Information to any third party for such third party’s direct marketing purposes. Nevada S.B.220 allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information now in the event we change our Privacy Policy in the future. Utah residents have the same rights. If you are a Nevada or Utah resident we want you to know that, in the event we sell your Personal Information, you will have choices and can opt-out and can effect them by contacting us. This may prevent or restrict your use of the Services in the future.

Your California Privacy Rights – “CCPA Notice”

California law grants additional privacy rights to California residents. In particular, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy rights Act of 2020 (CCPA) requires businesses to disclose, for the past 12 months, (i) the categories of personal information collected, (ii) the sources of the collected personal information, (iii) the purposes for which the collected personal information is used, (iv) the categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose, and (v) the categories of any personal information sold or shared. We provide these disclosures in the following table.

When we use the term “personal information” in this CCPA Notice, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

(Note that we do not sell or share any personal information under the CCPA’s definitions of a “sale” and “share”)

California residents may exercise the following rights in relation to the personal information we collect about you, subject to certain limitation as allowed by law:

(a)        Right to Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it.

(b)        Right to Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information we collect about you.

(c)        Right to Opt Out of the sale of your personal information and the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

(d)        Right to Correct/Rectify inaccurate personal information that we have about you.

(e)        Right to Equal Treatment. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

(f)         Right to Delete personal information we have collected from you, and require that our service providers do the same (subject to some exceptions).

The Right to Limit Use of Your Sensitive Personal Information

You can direct us to only use your sensitive personal information (for example, your financial account information, or your precise geolocation data) for limited purposes, such as providing you with the services you requested.

The Right to Know

You have the right to request any or all of the following information relating to the personal information we have collected about you or disclosed in the last 12 months, upon verification of your identity:

• The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
• The categories of personal information we have collected about you;
• The categories of sources of the personal information we have collected about you;
• The categories of personal information that we have disclosed about you to third parties for a business purpose, and the categories of recipients to whom this information was disclosed;
• The categories of personal information we have sold about you, and the categories of third parties to whom this information was sold; and
• The business or commercial purposes for collecting or selling personal information about you.

You can make a request to know up to twice a year, free of charge.

The Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of personal information that we have collected from you, and to require that the third parties we have shared it with also delete it, subject to certain exceptions in which we are required to retain such information, including compliance with other laws and court orders. We may maintain a confidential record of deletion requests solely for the purpose of preventing the personal information of a consumer who has submitted a deletion request from being sold, for compliance with laws or for other lawful purposes.

The Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.  Once we receive a verified request to correct your inaccurate personal information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct it.

The Right to Opt-Out of Personal Information Sales and Sharing

You as a resident of California or Nevada have the right to direct us not to sell or share personal information we have collected about you to third parties now or in the future.

The Right to Non-Discrimination

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of the rights described above. However, please note that if the exercise of the rights described above limits our ability to process personal information (such as in the case of a deletion request), we may no longer be able to provide you our products or services or engage with you in the same manner.

“Shine the Light”

We may sell or share information you provide to us to third parties.  However, Residents of the State of California may ask us to provide them with a list of the types of personal information that we have disclosed during the preceding year to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and the identity of those third parties.

How to Exercise Your California Privacy Rights

You may contact us to exercise these rights at the support@lasoh.io.

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. In order to verify your identity, we may require matching identifying information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our systems or a successful login to your account (as applicable).

We use good faith efforts to respond to a verify consumer request to know or to delete within forty-five (45) days after its receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and the needed extension period in writing.

You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your privacy rights. Authorized Agent

California residents may use an authorized agent to make a CCPA privacy request on the resident’s behalf. To make a request on behalf of a California consumer, the authorized agent must provide a copy of either (a) a letter signed by the consumer authorizing the agent to submit a CCPA request on the consumer’s behalf, or (b) a power of attorney, duly authorized and issued pursuant to California Probate law. The authorized agent must email one or both documents to support@lasoh.io and include a phone number where the agent may be reached during regular business hours.

Household Requests

Under the CCPA, members of a California household can jointly request access to personal information for the household or the deletion of all household personal information. To make a household request, each member must first submit an Access or Deletion request on an individual basis. After submitting the individual requests, each member must submit an email to support@lasoh.io and request that their Access or Deletion requests be combined with the other members of their household.

Financial Incentives

We do not currently offer incentives in exchange for the retention, sale, or sharing of personal information.
