How to Integrate Lasoh with Hostaway

Lasoh empowers vacation rental managers to drive better profits through deeper relationships with every guest. Our cutting-edge technology enables you to capture guest contact information (email and phone number) at the time that they book, without any hardware, to enable direct rebookings. It also helps you enhance the guest experience through the Guest Portal Feature, which gives all guests in the group key information and recommendations for their stay. The Guest Portal also enables the whole group to chat with you, even if they book direct. This elevated digital experience results in happier, loyal guests that spend more money, come back and tell their friends.

Step 1: Prepare Your Hostaway Account

  1. Log in to your Hostaway account
  2. Navigate to
    Settings → Hostaway API
    then click the “Create” button

  3. On the Create public API secret key pop-up window:

    1. Enter a name for your API
    2. Choose Lasoh from the Partner dropdown

  4. A pop-up window will appear displaying your Account ID and the API Key. Keep this window open so you can copy these when you sign up for Lasoh.

Step 2: Connecting Hostaway to Lasoh

  1. Sign up for Lasoh at https://host.lasoh.io/ and complete the registration process
  2. Select the number of units as per your business.
  3. Complete the payment.
  4. Select Hostaway from the PMS integration menu and click Next.

  5. Enter the Account ID and API key captured during step 1.4 from Hostaway and click continue.

  6. Click Sync Properties and select the properties to be synced with Lasoh account.
  7. Once synced, your Hostaway listings will appear in your Lasoh dashboard.

Step 3: Reviewing & Next Steps

  1. Manage additional details of each listing from the Properties in the Account Settings on your Lasoh account.
  2. Go to Not Yet Invited bookings to start sending invites to previously booked guests.

Updating Your Hostaway Listings

To update listing information in Lasoh, make changes in Hostaway first, then sync your account in Lasoh for the updates to take effect. This applies to changes such as the listing name, address, or photos.

  1. Go to the Account Settings and click Integrations.
  2. Click Sync Data to update the listings.
