How to Integrate Lasoh with Hospitable

About Lasoh

Lasoh empowers vacation rental managers to drive better profits through deeper relationships with every guest. Our cutting-edge technology enables you to capture guest contact information (email and phone number) at the time that they book, without any hardware, to enable direct rebookings. It also helps you enhance the guest experience through the Guest Portal Feature, which gives all guests in the group key information and recommendations for their stay. The Guest Portal also enables all the whole group to chat with you, even if they book direct. This elevated digital experience results in happier, loyal guests that spend more money, come back and tell their friends.

Getting Started

Step 1: Sign Up For A Lasoh Account

  1. Sign up on Lasoh and use your email or mobile number to create an account.
  2. Complete the onboarding process by filling in the details and completing the payment.
  3. Select Hospitable on the PMS Integrations menu and click Next.
    Select Hospitable integration in PMS menu and click Next on Lasoh dashboard
  4. A new tab will be opened, sign in to your Hospitable account.

  5. Authorise Lasoh to integrate with Hospitable.

  6. Upon authorisation, the page should reload and integration would be complete. You will be redirected back on the Lasoh Host portal.

Step 2: Sync Properties on Lasoh

  1. Click ‘Sync Properties’ to start syncing the properties data.

  2. Select the properties on the Sync Properties menu and click ‘Sync’
  3. You should see your Hospitable listings on your Lasoh dashboard now.

Notes:

Syncing New or Additional Listings:
  • Click “Sync Properties” on the Dashboard or under Property Settings.
  • Select the properties to enable during the sync process.
Managing Data for Upcoming Bookings:
  • During the sync process, handle data for previously booked upcoming bookings.
  • Use the system to send invitations to upcoming guests.
Automatic Sync for Property Data:
  • Any changes to property details on Hospitable will automatically sync with Lasoh.
