How to Integrate Lasoh with Guesty

Lasoh empowers vacation rental managers to drive better profits through deeper relationships with every guest. Our cutting-edge technology enables you to capture guest contact information (email and phone number) at the time that they book, without any hardware, to enable direct rebookings. It also helps you enhance the guest experience through the Guest Portal Feature, which gives all guests in the group key information and recommendations for their stay. The Guest Portal also enables all the whole group to chat with you, even if they book direct. This elevated digital experience results in happier, loyal guests that spend more money, come back and tell their friends.

Step 1: Prepare Your Guesty Account

1. Log in to your Guesty account.
2. Navigate to Setup → Integrations
   
3. On the integrations page, search for Lasoh and click Lasoh.
4. Click connect and copy the API key from the pop up.

Note: API key is valid for 3 hours only.

Step 2 – Connecting Guesty to Lasoh

1. Create your Lasoh account and complete your profile setup.
2. Choose the number of listings you want to connect and proceed with the payment.
3. Navigate to the Integration screen in your Lasoh account and click Continue.
4. From the PMS Integration pop-up, select Guesty and click Next.
5. In the pop-up, paste your Guesty API key in the designated field and click Continue.

Step 3 – Sync Your Properties with Lasoh

1. Click Sync Properties and select the properties you’d like to sync with your Lasoh account.
2. Once synced, your Guesty listings will appear in your Lasoh dashboard.

Step 4 – Reviewing & Next Steps

1. Review and update additional listing details from Properties under Account Settings in your Lasoh account.
2. Navigate to Not Yet Invited Bookings to start sending invitations to guests from bookings made prior to the integration.
